Flowers in a Pot

Z015 (Front)

Last Sunday, I have been working on this special card for my colleague’s farewell. It’s a pot’s card with colourful flowers on top of the card. This was the design which I hope to make for a very long time since I learnt to make paper flowers using my craft punches. At first, I cracked my head on how to fold the pot and the flowers attached to another sheet of paper for the wishes. But once I started to try it out, it turns out well. And the process of doing it is fun! I got to arrange the leaves and the handmade flowers one by one and decorated the pot.


What is so special about this card is that the sheet of paper with flowers can slip into the ‘pot’ and taken out anytime. And I think this card can be use for any occasion! Maybe I should make more cards of this design based on colours as the theme. I will post up more once there are done. Let me know if you are interested in getting one!

Birthday & Anniversary Card

Few days ago, my colleague requested me to make a card for his wife. It is for her birthday as well as their anniversary celebration. Feeling excited, on that night itself, I finished making the card. Lol! That was fast!

I made this design (B012) before, but now it is a bit different, the front page of the card and inside of the card is decorated with small pink hearts. The big different between this card and my previous work will be the wordings inside the card, which is requested by my colleague. It really took some time for me to write so many words because I hardly write so many words following the font type Monotype Corsiva. But I get to train myself to write nicely, this is for sure! For each card made, it did teach me something new.

Candy Christmas Card

Second Christmas card for this coming season, Candy Christmas! I just learned to make a big candy stick for this card. It was fun to make this candy, especially when I got to arrange the buttons, ribbon, leaves and Christmas tag in a way that will look nicely presented. The green and red colours are so matching! Then, I glued this candy on top of a red card board, right at the middle of the card. Gold stripes are glued along the border. The red cardboard is also drawn with some patterns using my gold pen.

The card inside is attached with a beige paper and written ‘Wishing you the joys of the season!’ with black pen. The corner of the card is also decorated with some red flowers.

Note from Santa Card

C001 (Front)

This is the first Christmas card which I made and posted up here. Due to Christmas season is coming soon; I will start making Christmas cards as many as I can. This card is made using a pink colour card board, and the glued with few red, pink, gold and white papers. I drew patterns on the background of the card as well as side decoration.

C001 (Inside)

Right at the middle of the card is glued with a gold and beige tag, saying, ‘Here’s a note from Santa!’. It is decorated with red flowers (Poinsettia) at the side of the tag.

While inside of the card is attached with a beige paper for your personal message, with a ‘Merry Christmas’ tag inside, beautifully tied with a maroon ribbon. A pink envelope is provided as well.

Teddie For You Card

Yes, another design with 3 colours! I love the polka dot paper very much. It is good to be arranged as the background of the card. So, I drew 3 teddy bears on a drawing paper and coloured it with pencil colours. At the right hand side of the drawing, it is attached with a small yellow tag, written ‘ForYou’. So, this card can be given for any occasion. Each of the cards is tied with a bow.

Happy Birthday Flower Card

I made a card of this design before to my colleague and am thinking of making another one with another colour because I found this very nice paper in Czip Lee, Stationery shop and bought it. I just love the texture of the card. The previous card is in pink colour while this is in grey colour.

B013 (Pink)

This birthday card is filled with flowers with matching colours. And at the top of the card is written the words ‘Happy Birthday’. A ribbon is stuck to the back of the tag.

Inside of the card is attached with a beige paper, with a birthday wish, ‘You’re a wonderful reason to celebrate! Enjoy your day…’. This card comes with a beige envelope. But if you wish for the pink colour card, just let me know. I can make it for you!

Sweet Sakura Card

This card is made of light Royal Blue card board. Seriously, I’m in love with this card because it is so sweet! The theme that I’m using is Sakura – Japanese cherry blossom.

Z013 (Front)

I tried to create a wave on the card by attaching matching papers including royal blue colour paper, light pink colour paper and beige colour. And on top of the colourful wave, I stick some pink Sakura randomly.

The front of the card is embossed with flower, same as the previous card I’d made. Finally, I tied up blue and pink ribbons at the middle of the card.

Inside of the card is attached with a beige color paper for your personal message. It is even decorated with Sakura. This card will be provided with a light pink envelope. Hope you love it! Of course, if you have any comment, feel free to drop one.

Lovely Card

The design for this card is almost the same as card B012. However, the material used here is a slightly different. The brown ribbon was bought from the same place as well, Art Friend. I would really recommend this shop because it has plenty of art’s stuffs there.

Purple Birthday Card

B012 (Front) - SOLD

I bought this beautiful flowery purple ribbon from Art Friend in The Gardens the other day with my friends. So, trying very hard to mix and match with papers that can be used along with this ribbon. End up, I chose this light purple paper. The front of the purple card is embossed with a flower embosser. First time using an embosser, eh! It is a birthday gift from my friend. =)

This is a birthday card for someone who you love or your friend. In the middle of the card are attached with 4 birthday images. Even though it seems pretty simple by adding those 4 images, but to make each of the images is not that easy. I need to cut it one by one. Some of these images are collections from my ready-made embellishments. And finally, at side of the card is tied with bows using that purple ribbon.

This card comes with a light purple envelope and a beige paper inside the card for your personal message. If you would like to add any tag or birthday wish, just let me know.

Meowy Birthday Card

B011 (Front)

This is a card of a cat, hoping for a fish bone for its birthday. My friend, Arisa, helped me out with the design and I make the card. Isn’t it cute? I myself really enjoy cutting the bone shape out. It’s my first time to make birthday card using cat as the theme.


So as you can see, there is this black cat, having its back facing the front, and thinking of having a fish bone, tied up with a yellow ribbon. At the side of the card are light blue and darker blue stripes. On the light blue stripes, they are punched with the shape of paw.


Inside of the card, the birthday wish is written on a beige and light blue paper. I even pasted a cat shape at the right side of the wish. As usual, this card comes with a light blue envelope.

On Your Bubbly-pink Wedding

This is another wedding card which is similar to the previous one posted by me, W003. Instead of blue color, it is in pink color. The difference is that the bride’s gown is designed using layers of laces. This card is also specially made based on my friend’s request for her friend’s wedding. Hope she likes this too! :)

Purple Floral Wedding Card

This card has almost similar design with the card code W004, except that this card is made by purple card board. Same as card code W004, the background of the card is attached with punched flowers and I drew the stalks with silver pen. The difference is that the bride’s gown has been added few layer of laces, instead of the background of the card. I just love the color combinations used in this card. The gown is even added few sequins to make it glitters as compared to the previous card.


This card will come along with a piece of beige paper inside the card for your personal message and a light purple envelope.

Yellow Kikyou Flower Card

Z011 (Front)

Two weeks ago, I went to a craft shop called ‘Art Friend’ in The Gardens. The shop is recommended by my friend. I found many things to buy there! So, end up I bought a large punch and a small punch of the Kikyou (5-petals flower) shape. Yeay! Finally I have a set of Kikyou punches (there are three sizes for each of the shape).


Can you see how I used the three sizes of the punches in this card? Hehe… feel glad to have them. It was quite challenging because I never tried to make cards in yellow color. So, I kind of was taking more time than I used to, to decide what other colors to match with the yellow card board.

The background of the card is decorated with the smallest Kikyou flowers, one by one. And finally the card is tied up with a yellow ribbon and a ‘For You’ tag on it.

Z011 (Inside)

Inside of the card is decorated using the smallest Kikyou flowers as well. I even used a border punch (a gift from my friend) to punch at all the corners of the card. There will be a beige paper attached to the card for your personal message and a striking yellow envelope.
